If Paulo Romelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Gallardeta's Rodolfo Goito got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcelo Bikendi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Rayner in the 5th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leroy Button during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 7th minute, Leroy Button hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute, Modesto Teodor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Felix Ball had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camron Sullivan hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Ruben Dolfo managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Gallardeta's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruben Dolfo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henry Holbrook breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ruben Dolfo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Holbrook having to interfere. The supporters of Leicester Foxes Academy booed when La Gallardeta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Goito didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Henry Holbrook managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when La Gallardeta's Ruben Dolfo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Felix Ball received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Marcelo Bikendi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruben Dolfo in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Henry Holbrook, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 46 minutes into the game, Seth Bagshaw was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leicester Foxes Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Gallardeta the free kick. The supporters of La Gallardeta booed when Leicester Foxes Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seth Bagshaw didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henry Holbrook took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Dolfo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Leicester Foxes Academy's Henry Holbrook played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Dolfo in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of La Gallardeta booed when Leicester Foxes Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfred Rayner didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th match minute, La Gallardeta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Padro to maneuver through the defense. In the 58thth minute of the game Ruben Dolfo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leicester Foxes Academy's Henry Holbrook was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ruben Dolfo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Ruben Dolfo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henry Holbrook was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. After 75 played minutes La Gallardeta got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Goito. In the 78th minute, Camron Sullivan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute of the match Angel Pirmin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Henry Holbrook showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 82 minutes, Apolo Naelio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Gallardeta and the Leicester Foxes Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. 82 minutes into the game, one of La Gallardeta:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Henry Holbrook made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Dolfo in the 90th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruben Dolfo in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henry Holbrook prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 94 minutes into the game, Ruben Dolfo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Henry Holbrook was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
