In the 2nd match minute, Stoke FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sakarias Ekström to maneuver through the defense. Maximilian Lindgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iurie Ivasiuc in the 6th minute of the match. The supporters of Stoke FF booed when CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octav Dulgherescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Linus Blom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Călin Mârza having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sutan Miner in the 17th minute of play forced Stoke FF's goalkeeper Maximilian Lindgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Călin Mârza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM from getting a goal against them. Maximilian Lindgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorel Ghețea in the 23rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Stoke FF's Linus Blom slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Călin Mârza. That made the score 1-0 after 26 minutes of play. After 31 played minutes CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM got a freekick which was hit by Robert Ştirbu. Stoke FF's Maximilian Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iurie Ivasiuc in the 33rd minute of play. Sutan Miner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iurie Ivasiuc made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Iurie Ivasiuc was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stoke FF the free kick. The supporters of Stoke FF booed when CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iurie Ivasiuc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Linus Blom took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Călin Mârza. Călin Mârza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 61 minutes into the match, Stoke FF's goalkeeper Maximilian Lindgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iurie Ivasiuc. When Stoke FF's Karl Julin in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's goalie prevented a goal. Levi Miner's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Maximilian Lindgren firmly grabbed it by the left post. Maximilian Lindgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorel Ghețea in the 71st minute of play. Călin Mârza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Julin, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Karl Julin took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Călin Mârza. Călin Mârza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After a rather tough play, CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Olimpiu Păuceanu got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the match, CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's goal looked a bit too open when Olof Rosendahl came free, but Călin Mârza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87 played minutes CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM got a freekick which was hit by Olimpiu Păuceanu. After some careless play in the CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM defense, Karl Julin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Călin Mârza. The CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Călin Mârza should have stopped the shot. With an all-out effort, CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Maximilian Lindgren threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Iurie Ivasiuc, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 97 minutes into the match, Iurie Ivasiuc had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximilian Lindgren. Stoke FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iurie Ivasiuc was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, Stoke FF could leave the field as winners, despite CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM having more of the ball for most of the match.
