After 12 minutes, Gartxot Mauricio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oylimpiamos Ψ and the Fcion C.A. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th match minute, Oylimpiamos Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gartxot Mauricio to maneuver through the defense. Angel Killer hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the game, Gutierre Avina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Judas Icardi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 21 minutes, Polo Gandara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oylimpiamos Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Polo Gandara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Angel Killer charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angel Killer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Santi Villafranca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lino Sanson in the 35th minute. After 38 minutes, Patricio Salazano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oylimpiamos Ψ and the Fcion C.A. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Patricio Salazano hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evis Rafecas during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 42 played minutes Oylimpiamos Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Evis Rafecas. Kusko Bernabeytia lost his temper 48 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 48 played minutes Oylimpiamos Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Kusko Bernabeytia. In the 49th minute, Fcion C.A.'s Amancio Duarte dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

In the 57th minute Edgard Enaut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santi Villafranca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fulgencio Romano struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Santi Villafranca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fcion C.A.. After a rather tough play, Oylimpiamos Ψ's Gutierre Avina got a free kick in the 74th minute. The supporters of Oylimpiamos Ψ booed when Fcion C.A. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Sanson didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Romano in the 97th minute of play forced Oylimpiamos Ψ's goalkeeper Santi Villafranca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 98 minutes, Polo Gandara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oylimpiamos Ψ and the Fcion C.A. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Oylimpiamos Ψ getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Polo Gandara hit a great ball. After 99 played minutes Oylimpiamos Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Evis Rafecas. If Amancio Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Oylimpiamos Ψ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fcion C.A..
