Carlton Houghton started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlton Houghton in the 5th minute of play forced Lima Team's goalkeeper Hamilton Vasques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glen Dawson hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Brett Guest was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Germano Madureira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. Brett Guest didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 18th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Brett Guest came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Lima Team's Silvano Regueira. But to his dismay, Silvano Regueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Brett Guest made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvano Regueira in the 26th minute. Silvano Regueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Brett Guest tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlton Houghton hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. A collision led to Lima Team getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Zarco Marques hit a great ball. Carlton Houghton's late challenge caught a Lima Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlton Houghton helped the player get up and apologised. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Germano Madureira hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the game, Silvano Regueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Brett Guest was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Brett Guest showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Regueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Silvano Regueira took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brett Guest. Brett Guest dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Brett Guest took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Regueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvano Regueira scored 6-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Brett Guest, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Bessa in the 75th minute of play forced The Handsome Wizards UTD's goalkeeper Brett Guest to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlton Houghton struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Hamilton Vasques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Handsome Wizards UTD. Brett Guest didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvano Regueira went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Brett Guest showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Germano Madureira, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Regueira in the 88th minute of play forced The Handsome Wizards UTD's goalkeeper Brett Guest to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Lima Team players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
