The Bayern Lessa - u21 fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Bayern Lessa - u21's Sílvio Luiz Cardoso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Mateo Pietro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mateo Pietro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Emerson Pirani showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 41 minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erubiel Tohias made a kick off. Alessandro Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Alessandro Mendonça came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Bayern Lessa - u21 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alessandro Mendonça couldn't finish the play. After 58 minutes of play, Bayern Lessa - u21's Sílvio Luiz Cardoso made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateo Pietro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sílvio Luiz Cardoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Mateo Pietro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the game, Bayern Lessa - u21's Emerson Pirani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mateo Pietro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Sílvio Luiz Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bayern Lessa - u21's Elias Valle got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elias Valle might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mateo Pietro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elias Valle ran back to his position shaking his head. Elias Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Pietro having to interfere. In the 79th minute Elias Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Pietro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mateo Pietro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Luiz Cardoso in the 81st minute of play. After 81 played minutes Rosario Central got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Diegotxe. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Sílvio Luiz Cardoso sped through Rosario Central's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mateo Pietro. Rosario Central's Mateo Pietro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvaldo Zonta in the 86th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sílvio Luiz Cardoso in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mateo Pietro saved Rosario Central from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Rosario Central's Nestor Diegotxe got a free kick in the 91st minute. Mateo Pietro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Luiz Cardoso in the 93rd minute of play. If Emerson Pirani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Luiz Cardoso in the 97th minute of play forced Rosario Central's goalkeeper Mateo Pietro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
