After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Kévin Zenón managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico Los Andes's supporters rose to their feet, but Kévin Zenón was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Spiro Buchinski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 80th minute, Modesto Celino fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Spiro Buchinski, passed just outside the right post. Club Atletico Los Andes's Blas Benat was substituted for Kévin Zenón. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Kyustendil fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Club Atletico Los Andes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Kyustendil the free kick.
