After a rather tough play, GOMEZ F.C.'s Tenorio Paradela got a free kick in the 5th minute. Criban Reganado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deris Jimenez in the 19th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Club Deportivo Águila's Criban Reganado threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Deris Jimenez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Stalin Arrazola charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stalin Arrazola the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Stalin Arrazola hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute, Orlando Flores made a precise shot to the right of Criban Reganado. GOMEZ F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Deportivo Águila's Deris Jimenez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Criban Reganado. That made the score 2-0 after 27 minutes of play. Sergio Mayorga charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sergio Mayorga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 37 played minutes GOMEZ F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Kaviedes Belloso. Zabal Loizaga kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. When Club Deportivo Águila's Deris Jimenez in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GOMEZ F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Orlando Flores made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Tenorio Paradela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, GOMEZ F.C.'s Zabal Loizaga got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute of the match Elias Portillo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Criban Reganado showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Elias Portillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Criban Reganado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th match minute, GOMEZ F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergio Mayorga to maneuver through the defense. Criban Reganado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Flores in the 67th minute of the match. Criban Reganado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Portillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Deportivo Águila's goalkeeper David Braun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Deris Jimenez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th match minute, GOMEZ F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stalin Arrazola to maneuver through the defense. Criban Reganado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Deris Jimenez, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After a rather tough play, GOMEZ F.C.'s Mateus Dosal got a free kick in the 92nd minute. GOMEZ F.C.'s Criban Reganado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Flores in the 95th minute of play. Club Deportivo Águila's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
