Spectators: 170 (Terracing: 128, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vilius Latvėnas started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Germán Zamora managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boca Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Germán Zamora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virginijus Taujanskas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aleksotas FK's Virginijus Taujanskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germán Zamora in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Aleksotas FK's Dinaras Kriščiūnas got a free kick in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilius Latvėnas in the 10th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Eneas Toxeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virginijus Taujanskas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Germán Zamora, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Virginijus Taujanskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Germán Zamora in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Unai Herrera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Virginijus Taujanskas. Aleksotas FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Unai Herrera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, Aleksotas FK's goal looked a bit too open when Unai Herrera came free, but Virginijus Taujanskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 played minutes Aleksotas FK got a freekick which was hit by Vilius Latvėnas. Virginijus Taujanskas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moncho Muelas, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Aleksotas FK's Virginijus Taujanskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Redondo in the 32nd minute of play. Nojus Alijošius kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Boca Juniors's Silvano Redondo got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Vergaray Jaraba fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boca Juniors's protests and gave Vergaray Jaraba a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes Boca Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Vergaray Jaraba. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Dimo Vega got a free kick in the 44th minute. Unai Herrera took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virginijus Taujanskas. Virginijus Taujanskas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

In the 54th minute, Germán Zamora got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Aleksotas FK's goal looked a bit too open when Germán Zamora came free, but Virginijus Taujanskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eneas Toxeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilius Latvėnas in the 77th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the game, Silvano Redondo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Virginijus Taujanskas. Silvano Redondo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 86th minute of the match, Moncho Muelas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Virginijus Taujanskas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 89th minute, Daumantas Sabaitis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Aleksotas FK's Benjaminas Česnauskas got a free kick in the 91st minute. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Breixo Casero got a free kick in the 96th minute.
