The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the game, Jan Asmundsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Shadows's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventud Valiosa the free kick. After 8 played minutes The Shadows got a freekick which was hit by Jan Asmundsson. Jens Molander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cuero Fias in the 8th minute of play. Santos Casoliva charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santos Casoliva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Juventud Valiosa's Santos Casoliva got a free kick in the 12th minute. Thomas Häll blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xavieon Acenero having to make a save. Thomas Häll could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Xavieon Acenero made a huge save. In the 23rd minute Thomas Häll shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xavieon Acenero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elliott Klemensson got free with Xavieon Acenero in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th minute, Zeruko Matanza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elliott Klemensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomas Häll in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xavieon Acenero saved Juventud Valiosa from getting behind. In the 33rd minute Ludwig Bock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xavieon Acenero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ludwig Bock might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xavieon Acenero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ludwig Bock ran back to his position shaking his head. 40 minutes into the match, Juventud Valiosa's goalkeeper Xavieon Acenero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ludwig Bock.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cuero Fias was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Darío Dorrego hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xavieon Acenero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elliott Klemensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The supporters of Juventud Valiosa booed when The Shadows was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig Trillkott didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xavieon Acenero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludwig Bock in the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Thomas Häll left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Shadows fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When Elias Arhenius fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Shadows's protests and gave Elias Arhenius a yellow card for diving instead. The Shadows's Thomas Häll was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Xavieon Acenero in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Juventud Valiosa's Zeruko Matanza got a free kick in the 77th minute. After some careless play in the Juventud Valiosa defense, Elliott Klemensson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xavieon Acenero. The Juventud Valiosa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xavieon Acenero should have stopped the shot. In the 85thth minute of the game Ludwig Bock who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juventud Valiosa's Xavieon Acenero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 88 minutes, Ludwig Bock mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Shadows and the Juventud Valiosa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Juventud Valiosa made a substitution. Torres Luna replaced Xaver Imaz. In the 89th match minute, The Shadows was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludwig Bock to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Juventud Valiosa getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Marcos Salces hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Thomas Häll managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Shadows's supporters rose to their feet, but Thomas Häll was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xavieon Acenero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Thomas Häll's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xavieon Acenero was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. For all the effort they put into the match, the Juventud Valiosa players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for The Shadows.
