After 18 played minutes, Janusze Futbolu's Witold Dziurowicz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anthony Giles came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Janusze Futbolu reached it. Zachariasz Gardocki made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Terence Whyte sent off a good shot on target. The Janusze Futbolu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emil Zawada to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Terence Whyte in the 55th minute of play forced Janusze Futbolu's goalkeeper Zachariasz Gardocki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zachariasz Gardocki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aaron Minn went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Anthony Giles was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Emil Zawada capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emil Zawada really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Gregor Simpson's late challenge caught a Janusze Futbolu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gregor Simpson helped the player get up and apologised. Witold Dziurowicz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anthony Giles. Chelsea Headhunters's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 65th match minute, Chelsea Headhunters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry McBain to maneuver through the defense. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Janusze Futbolu would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
