Deportivo Galicia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A. Calamuchita the free kick. Ivan Urtzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ekialde Urtaza in the 16th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes Deportivo Galicia got a freekick which was hit by Martinez Mobilla. Ivan Urtzi made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Paskal Iturcha sent off a good shot on target. In the 31st minute, Deportivo Galicia's Paskal Iturcha ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ivan Urtzi. Ivan Urtzi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Fonso Treceño was extremely unlucky when he, in the 35th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ivan Urtzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martinez Mobilla in the 41st minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paskal Iturcha to strike the kick off in the second half. Hilario Castorena's late challenge caught a C.A. Calamuchita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hilario Castorena helped the player get up and apologised.
