After some careless play in the KFC Paal-Tervant defense, Garin Barral kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reinaud De Schutter. The KFC Paal-Tervant fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reinaud De Schutter should have stopped the shot. Reinaud De Schutter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergi Cabezas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute Garin Barral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reinaud De Schutter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Venancio Arribas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ALPUJARRAS LIBRE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. When Luciano Correa fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's protests and gave Luciano Correa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Luciano Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. KFC Paal-Tervant's Reinaud De Schutter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ariando Higuera in the 26th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Steve Beckers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KFC Paal-Tervant's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ALPUJARRAS LIBRE the free kick. A collision led to KFC Paal-Tervant getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Steve Beckers hit a great ball. Adolf van Goetsenhoven was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 28 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in KFC Paal-Tervant fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! 32 minutes into the game, Ariando Higuera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Reinaud De Schutter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Reinaud De Schutter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ariando Higuera, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Reinaud De Schutter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariando Higuera in the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's Luka Dams sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nando Casta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. David Laureijs kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Garin Barral stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Steve Beckers in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nando Casta saved ALPUJARRAS LIBRE from getting behind. Reinaud De Schutter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ariando Higuera in the 59th minute. David Laureijs hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Felipo Ortega took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Reinaud De Schutter. Reinaud De Schutter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. Nando Casta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Laureijs in the 82nd minute of play. Elazar Garay was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 85 minutes into the match. 85 minutes into the game, one of ALPUJARRAS LIBRE:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The crowd rose to their feet as ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Ariando Higuera slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Reinaud De Schutter. That made the score 2-7 after 92 minutes of play. In the 98th minute Solustiano Fresnos suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Steve Beckers was shown his second yellow card after 98 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of ALPUJARRAS LIBRE booed when KFC Paal-Tervant was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 99 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steve Beckers didn't get a good kick on the ball. ALPUJARRAS LIBRE played a much better game than KFC Paal-Tervant and deserved their victory. The KFC Paal-Tervant players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
