The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Göktan Sidam during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Göktan Sidam to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, nRdLiFe's Göktan Sidam nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edwin van der Saar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Aytekin Esay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. CSKA's Edwin van der Saar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göktan Sidam in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Göktan Sidam had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edwin van der Saar. CSKA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Göktan Sidam was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After some careless play in the nRdLiFe defense, Maksim Girov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abdi Aktürk. The nRdLiFe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abdi Aktürk should have stopped the shot. Abdi Aktürk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maksim Girov, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. A collision led to nRdLiFe getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Yılmaz Necmi hit a great ball. Maksim Girov succeeded in the game's 75th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-3. Edwin van der Saar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göktan Sidam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arso Angelinov had several of the nRdLiFe's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 81 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-4 score and a disappointed Abdi Aktürk as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a rather tough play, CSKA's Gabriel Karabachiyski got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Mürsel Barlas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Dimo Sadovski fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CSKA's protests and gave Dimo Sadovski a yellow card for diving instead. Dimo Sadovski kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Ignat Kabaivanov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Abdi Aktürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chants of CSKA echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as nRdLiFe had held the ball for most of the match.
