Nordvest Fodbold's Jonny Gudmundsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Matthew Vall sped through Nordvest Fodbold's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonny Gudmundsson. A long shot from Edwin Ortiz in the 17th minute of play was well struck, but Jonny Gudmundsson made a really good save at the right post. When Matthew Vall came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the AFC United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthew Vall couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Matthew Vall sped through Nordvest Fodbold's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonny Gudmundsson. Aristides Belandia kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. The AFC United fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when AFC United's Matthew Vall looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ambrosius Spangsbo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Matthew Vall got in the 51st a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Jonny Gudmundsson handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After 56 minutes, Laurits Hokser mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nordvest Fodbold and the AFC United players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of AFC United booed when Nordvest Fodbold was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurits Hokser didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matthew Vall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonny Gudmundsson came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by AFC United's Matthew Vall. But to his dismay, Matthew Vall quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Jonny Gudmundsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthew Vall, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute Laurits Hokser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cisco Rubial saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AFC United's Cisco Rubial played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olfert Mellbin in the 66th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matthew Vall in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonny Gudmundsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 72 minutes into the game, AFC United's Matthew Vall nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonny Gudmundsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. 75 minutes into the match, Nordvest Fodbold's goal looked a bit too open when Matthew Vall came free, but Jonny Gudmundsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matthew Vall in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonny Gudmundsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matthew Vall in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonny Gudmundsson saved Nordvest Fodbold from getting behind. When Matthew Vall came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the AFC United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthew Vall couldn't finish the play. Jonny Gudmundsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthew Vall in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Matthew Vall notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Nordvest Fodbold's Jonny Gudmundsson. Jonny Gudmundsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Laurits Hokser was shown his second yellow card after 94 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Laurits Hokser kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. AFC United's Edwin Ortiz got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. AFC United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
