Desafio FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filomeno Mazuste was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amos Walcher stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Corderall's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Amos Walcher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Abeitia in the 30th minute of the match. Desafio FC were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Calenzano's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cristo Peio took the corner. The corner led Desafio FC's Cristo Peio to fire away a dangerous shot which Amos Walcher despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Amos Walcher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Mazuste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albano Abeitia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Amos Walcher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Albano Abeitia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amos Walcher was relentless in the 40th minute of the game.
