After a rather tough play, Waffem Fc's Eusebio Fertus got a free kick in the 19th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Real Unión CF's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Quinton came free, but Mariano Echarriza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Geronimo Satordi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mariano Echarriza was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. The supporters of Waffem Fc booed when Real Unión CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zosimo Villalaud didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ilazki Serrana hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Aldo Restu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leizarraga Texidor in the 98th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Real Unión CF fully deserved thier win.
