In the 5th minute, Sam Yang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Samyang Ramen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Christian Hansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Horacio Calisto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Yang in the 20th minute of play. Eg Nudel was a little too slow when Hugo Rocendo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-1. Horacio Calisto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Starkaður Smakaev's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Starkaður Smakaev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Samyang Ramen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Starkaður Smakaev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Horacio Calisto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Starkaður Smakaev, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sam Yang to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Starkaður Smakaev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Samyang Ramen's supporters rose to their feet, but Starkaður Smakaev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horacio Calisto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Horacio Calisto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sam Yang in the 92nd minute of the match. The Samyang Ramen players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
