The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th match minute, Vila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uuno Viira to maneuver through the defense. Tomasz Narbut charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomasz Narbut the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to KKP Spasione Kocury getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Tomasz Narbut hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Jaanek Vaher managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vila's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaanek Vaher was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zenon Traczewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomasz Peczkowski's late challenge caught a Vila's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomasz Peczkowski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th minute, one of KKP Spasione Kocury:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KKP Spasione Kocury. In the 21st minute, Alex Kalde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to KKP Spasione Kocury getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Leszek Dziewulski hit a great ball. KKP Spasione Kocury's Boleslaw Trynda got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, Bruno Nigol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zenon Traczewski. KKP Spasione Kocury's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruno Nigol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 32nd match minute, Vila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ailar Kõlar to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, KKP Spasione Kocury's goal looked a bit too open when Jaanek Vaher came free, but Zenon Traczewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tomasz Peczkowski was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 39 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, KKP Spasione Kocury's Tomasz Peczkowski got a free kick in the 40th minute. 41 minutes into the game, Sergo Lepp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vila's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KKP Spasione Kocury the free kick. Sergo Lepp hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Jaanek Vaher took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zenon Traczewski. Zenon Traczewski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 64th minute, Boleslaw Trynda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Uuno Viira kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Aleksander Cholewa managed to get in a good position for a shot. KKP Spasione Kocury's supporters rose to their feet, but Aleksander Cholewa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mart Poom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mart Poom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomasz Narbut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 75 minutes, Jaanek Vaher managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vila's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaanek Vaher was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 76 played minutes Vila got a freekick which was hit by Alex Kalde. The supporters of KKP Spasione Kocury booed when Vila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergo Lepp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaanek Vaher scored 4-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zenon Traczewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. KKP Spasione Kocury's Zenon Traczewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uuno Viira in the 90th minute of play. With his leg Mart Poom managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when KKP Spasione Kocury's Aleksander Cholewa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
