Vasco FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GangsTaz F. C. the free kick. After 17 played minutes Vasco FC got a freekick which was hit by Denílson Ramalho. In the 21st match minute, Vasco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Teixeira to maneuver through the defense. Nestor Taurino in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wellington Barbosa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. César de Godoi hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Sixto Iratxo came out of the goal and Gil Motta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nestor Taurino took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wellington Barbosa. Wellington Barbosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiago Gabriel Mesquita got free with Sixto Iratxo in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sixto Iratxo made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Tiago Gabriel Mesquita sent off a good shot on target. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. During the 95th minute of the match Fidel Isusko completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Fidel Isusko a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Fidel Isusko hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Although GangsTaz F. C. had been in control for most of the match, Vasco FC still came away with the win.
