After 4 played minutes Rondeau got a freekick which was hit by Blas Caradaro. After some careless play in the San Lorenzo de Mar del defense, Emanuel Maurino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cleto Fidencio. The San Lorenzo de Mar del fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cleto Fidencio should have stopped the shot. Isaias Rami's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cleto Fidencio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Rolando Sengrat hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Mar del's goal looked a bit too open when Hipolito Lia came free, but Cleto Fidencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Rondeau defense, German Pinto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonel Enetz. The Rondeau fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonel Enetz should have stopped the shot. San Lorenzo de Mar del's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Isaias Rami scored to the left of an out of position Cleto Fidencio, making the score, 2-1. The supporters of Rondeau booed when San Lorenzo de Mar del was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldo Vincent didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rolando Sengrat hit a great ball. In the 40th match minute, San Lorenzo de Mar del was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Vincent to maneuver through the defense. Cleto Fidencio was a little too slow when Isaias Rami got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 3-1. With a little luck, San Lorenzo de Mar del's Cleto Fidencio got control of the ball when Emanuel Maurino tried to sneak it across the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isaias Rami made a kick off. Isaias Rami took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cleto Fidencio. Cleto Fidencio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 61 minutes into the match, Isaias Rami had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cleto Fidencio. San Lorenzo de Mar del's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isaias Rami was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. In the 65thth minute of the game Isaias Rami who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Lorenzo de Mar del's Cleto Fidencio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cleto Fidencio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isaias Rami's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute, Emanuel Maurino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rondeau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Arnoldo Vincent's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonel Enetz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute Isaias Rami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Fidencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If German Pinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. San Lorenzo de Mar del's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
