Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) GALATASARAY O.Z.'s Korkutalp Ergökmen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 5 minutes, Korkutalp Ergökmen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GALATASARAY O.Z.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Korkutalp Ergökmen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 7 minutes into the game, Iwo Czempa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Seward United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GALATASARAY O.Z. the free kick. In the 7th minute, Iwo Czempa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GALATASARAY O.Z.'s Korkutalp Ergökmen got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wieslaw Filipowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mehmet Ali Hüdayioğlu in the 21st minute. Seward United's Wieslaw Filipowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Seward United from getting a goal against them. GALATASARAY O.Z. were furious when Nuri Serbülend was red carded, 29 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in GALATASARAY O.Z. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! Gürsel Çetin took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wieslaw Filipowski. Wieslaw Filipowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The supporters of GALATASARAY O.Z. booed when Seward United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Izydor Mazurkiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mehmet Ali Hüdayioğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maciej Wietrzychowski was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mehmet Ediz Refiğ during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to GALATASARAY O.Z. getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Mehmet Ediz Refiğ hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute, Jakub Trela got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Seward United's Maciej Wietrzychowski suffered a sore thigh after 55 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Seward United's Marek Pinczewski was substituted for Maciej Wietrzychowski. Marek Pinczewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Abdulhamit Bilek made a huge save. After 65 played minutes GALATASARAY O.Z. got a freekick which was hit by Korkutalp Ergökmen. A sloppy throw-in by Aureliusz Odachowski in the 69th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by GALATASARAY O.Z.'s Dursun Sadik. Korkutalp Ergökmen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Mehmet Ali Hüdayioğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, Mehmet Ali Hüdayioğlu notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Seward United's Wieslaw Filipowski. Wieslaw Filipowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Zygmunt Glogowski fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seward United's protests and gave Zygmunt Glogowski a yellow card for diving instead. Zygmunt Glogowski kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Seward United's Zygmunt Glogowski got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Seward United's Wieslaw Filipowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korkutalp Ergökmen in the 83rd minute of play. Mehmet Ali Hüdayioğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wieslaw Filipowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Ignacy Malik kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Ahmet Hasan Neval made in the 89th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Seward United's Iwo Czempa. Jakub Trela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wieslaw Filipowski came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by GALATASARAY O.Z.'s Korkutalp Ergökmen. But to his dismay, Korkutalp Ergökmen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. There was no doubt that GALATASARAY O.Z. were the better team. GALATASARAY O.Z.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
