In the 7th minute Vladimir March shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitoldas Tindžiulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Egydasas's Vitoldas Tindžiulis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nacho Companys in the 12th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dei Mezquita during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aidas Pečiulis struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Alexander Yeste didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Egydasas. Vitoldas Tindžiulis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dei Mezquita in the 25th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Vladimir March hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 33 played minutes HORTALEZA FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Feria. Aidas Pečiulis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vladimir March got free with Vitoldas Tindžiulis in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 45 minutes into the match, FC Egydasas's goal looked a bit too open when Dei Mezquita came free, but Vitoldas Tindžiulis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Rolandas Gylys made the kick off in the second half. Alexander Yeste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aidas Pečiulis, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Vitoldas Tindžiulis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimir March, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 72 minutes into the game, Adolfas Aukščionis threw the ball into play from the sideline. HORTALEZA FC's Ritchie Negro quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 81 minutes into the game, Vladimir March cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Vitoldas Tindžiulis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 84 minutes of play HORTALEZA FC's Dei Mezquita was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 85th minute, Dei Mezquita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Vladimir March had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Edmundas Dirgėla was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 93 minutes had been played. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
