Dalmacio Pancho had several of the Atletico Maturrango's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 14 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Raul Platas as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 19th minute, Nicasio Flor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjamin Bieito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xinaro Fariñada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raul Platas made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Hilario Gaxan sent off a good shot on target. In the 26th match minute, Atletico Maturrango was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jax Mendana to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Gaspar Oinatz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benjamin Bieito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jax Mendana, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Xzavaier Barsi hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute of the match Gaspar Oinatz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raul Platas skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Atletico Maturrango's Hulberto Arias got a free kick in the 44th minute. The long shot by Gaspar Oinatz in the 45th minute really tested Raul Platas's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.

The wind increased when Dalmacio Pancho made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Atletico Maturrango's Ciriaco Valiño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benjamin Bieito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Raul Platas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Flor in the 56th minute of play. Benjamin Bieito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jax Mendana, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After a rather tough play, Atletico Maturrango's Ciriaco Valiño got a free kick in the 59th minute. Nicasio Flor kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciriaco Valiño got free with Benjamin Bieito in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benjamin Bieito came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Maturrango's Ciriaco Valiño. But to his dismay, Ciriaco Valiño quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Benjamin Bieito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciriaco Valiño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 played minutes La Tribuna Tambien Juega got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Eliazar. A collision led to La Tribuna Tambien Juega getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Julio Merexildo hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the match, La Tribuna Tambien Juega's goalkeeper Benjamin Bieito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guilabertus Tamez. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciriaco Valiño got free with Benjamin Bieito in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 82 minutes into the game, La Tribuna Tambien Juega's Dalmacio Pancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raul Platas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Xinaro Fariñada was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 88 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, one of Atletico Maturrango:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Atletico Maturrango. In the 95th minute, Chap Carredano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute Gaspar Oinatz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Platas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atletico Maturrango's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
