Isidro Gabon scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charilaos Mazonakis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Blas Aragones fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tio Cosme FC's protests and gave Blas Aragones a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes Tio Cosme FC got a freekick which was hit by Blas Aragones. Honorato Santio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zacharias Papagiannoulis, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Honorato Santio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zacharias Papagiannoulis went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 83 minutes of play, Tio Cosme FC's Manuel Dorrego made it 5-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Charilaos Mazonakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 90th minute, Vakoufi Utd's Thanasis Vrotsos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-4. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tio Cosme FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Vakoufi Utd had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
