The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. César Pereira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudiu Spârlea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Virgil Ilarie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Lombardo in the 17th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Dave Lombardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Virgil Ilarie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dave Lombardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgil Ilarie having to interfere. In the 27th match minute, FC TraLaLa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sever Piţurcă to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in FC TraLaLa's zone, João Vítor Hoffmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Virgil Ilarie came out of the goal and João Vítor Hoffmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the match, Dave Lombardo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Virgil Ilarie, 2-0. Norberto Cardozo might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Virgil Ilarie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Norberto Cardozo ran back to his position shaking his head. After 42 minutes, Ancho Ruben mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dr Lecter SC and the FC TraLaLa players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 42 played minutes Dr Lecter SC got a freekick which was hit by Ancho Ruben. 44 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Mavrogheni came free, but César Pereira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudiu Spârlea was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Emanuel Pușcariu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. César Pereira was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 58th minute, João Vítor Hoffmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 60 played minutes FC TraLaLa got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Pușcariu. The crowd rose to their feet as FC TraLaLa's Claudiu Spârlea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of César Pereira. That made the score 2-2 after 62 minutes of play. Emanuel Pușcariu's late challenge caught a Dr Lecter SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Pușcariu helped the player get up and apologised. After 66 played minutes FC TraLaLa got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Pușcariu. Virgil Ilarie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Vítor Hoffmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, FC TraLaLa's goal looked a bit too open when Duda da Silveira came free, but Virgil Ilarie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC TraLaLa's Cosmin Stolojan got a free kick in the 75th minute. FC TraLaLa's Virgil Ilarie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Cardozo in the 77th minute of play. After 78 minutes FC TraLaLa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dave Lombardo who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Dave Lombardo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Virgil Ilarie quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Luís Eduardo Gerber blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Virgil Ilarie having to make a save. Virgil Ilarie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dr Lecter SC's César Pereira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Dr Lecter SC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, FC TraLaLa's Cosmin Stolojan got a free kick in the 93rd minute. FC TraLaLa succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Dr Lecter SC had controlled the match.
