An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Baltazar in the 18th minute of play forced De Ontembare Leeuwen's goalkeeper Dave Otten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. De Ontembare Leeuwen were furious when Thijs van der Doelen was red carded, 18 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 18th minute, one of De Ontembare Leeuwen:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for De Ontembare Leeuwen. Darryl Cox shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Dave Otten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Darryl Cox in the 23rd minute. Carel Woudenberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Truman Ochoa having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Rafael Gray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32ndth minute of the game Carel Woudenberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ARMENIAN 11's Truman Ochoa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 47 minutes, Wilfred Tollenaar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the De Ontembare Leeuwen and the ARMENIAN 11 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th match minute, De Ontembare Leeuwen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfred Tollenaar to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, De Ontembare Leeuwen's Jos Brinker got a free kick in the 48th minute. Dave Otten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Baltazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Bernardo Baltazar scored 2-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dave Otten, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to ARMENIAN 11 getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Darryl Cox hit a great ball. ARMENIAN 11 made a substitution. Hugh Bailey replaced Darryl Cox. ARMENIAN 11's Jeramy Libby was substituted for Rafael Gray. In the 61st match minute, ARMENIAN 11 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darryl Cox to maneuver through the defense. Dave Otten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Baltazar in the 66th minute of play. After 70 played minutes ARMENIAN 11 got a freekick which was hit by Sandy Siegel. Truman Ochoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carel Woudenberg in the 71st minute of play. The supporters of ARMENIAN 11 booed when De Ontembare Leeuwen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Kuypers didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Bernardo Baltazar managed to get in a good position for a shot. ARMENIAN 11's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Baltazar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dave Otten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dave Otten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugh Bailey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind ARMENIAN 11's goalkeeper Truman Ochoa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dave Otten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sylvester Chang, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 81st minute Hugh Bailey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dave Otten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dave Otten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugh Bailey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to De Ontembare Leeuwen getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Joep Oost hit a great ball. Dave Otten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Baltazar in the 88th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Carel Woudenberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 96th minute, which Truman Ochoa however easily saved by the left post. ARMENIAN 11's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
