After 7 played minutes América-SC F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ulysses Linares. After a rather tough play, Dapotan Eagles Fc's Eddy Darmawan got a free kick in the 10th minute. Khoir Akmal kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Luís Henrique reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alif Karimudin. The goal made the score 1-0. América-SC F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dapotan Eagles Fc the free kick. After a rather tough play, América-SC F.C.'s Luiz Pitta got a free kick in the 42nd minute. When Arul Radius came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Dapotan Eagles Fc fans jumped to their feet. Alif Karimudin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Dapotan Eagles Fc's Omo Antoni was substituted for Eddy Darmawan. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Henrique to make the kick off. Dapotan Eagles Fc's Alif Karimudin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Henrique in the 54th minute of play. Fance Pasaribu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Armandinho Medeiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Dapotan Eagles Fc's zone, Glauco Paraibano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alif Karimudin came out of the goal and Glauco Paraibano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 76 played minutes América-SC F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jairzinho Ventura. With a little luck, América-SC F.C.'s Armandinho Medeiros got control of the ball when Reynaldi Tarumanagara tried to sneak it across the goal line. Glauco Paraibano hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute of the match, Arul Radius tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Armandinho Medeiros saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. América-SC F.C.'s Armandinho Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Hardjasoemantri in the 83rd minute of play. With his leg Armandinho Medeiros managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when Dapotan Eagles Fc's Reynaldi Tarumanagara fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 95th minute of the match Christian Matos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alif Karimudin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Glauco Paraibano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dapotan Eagles Fc's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
