After 6 minutes of play, Honung's Josef Mellin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrei Azamfirei was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to BlueLionesse getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Cristinel Gheorghiță hit a great ball. The supporters of Honung booed when BlueLionesse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristinel Gheorghiță didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th match minute, BlueLionesse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Greblă to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Honung's goalkeeper Joar Ahlroth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabian Odobescu. 17 minutes into the match, Fabian Odobescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Joar Ahlroth, 1-1. In the 28th minute, Josef Mellin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andrei Azamfirei was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. A collision led to Honung getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Roger Blomquist hit a great ball. In the 31st minute Emanuel Greblă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Ahlroth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, BlueLionesse's Nicolae Bordeanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joar Ahlroth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. When Emanuel Greblă fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BlueLionesse's protests and gave Emanuel Greblă a yellow card for diving instead. 42 minutes into the game, Alex Murgoci cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Joar Ahlroth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicolae Bordeanu to make the kick off. 50 minutes into the game, BlueLionesse's Alex Murgoci nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joar Ahlroth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. After a rather tough play, Honung's Hokky Snoobar got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute of the match Leontin Pătrășconiu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joar Ahlroth showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Andrei Azamfirei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hokky Snoobar in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, BlueLionesse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Odobescu to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Honung booed when BlueLionesse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Odobescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leontin Pătrășconiu hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Honung defense, Alex Murgoci kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joar Ahlroth. The Honung fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joar Ahlroth should have stopped the shot. Andrei Azamfirei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hokky Snoobar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, BlueLionesse's goalkeeper Andrei Azamfirei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roger Blomquist. In the 77th minute, Emanuel Greblă left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BlueLionesse fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. Di Scord hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Honung's Joar Ahlroth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Odobescu in the 82nd minute of play. Joar Ahlroth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Murgoci in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Marcu Hagi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Nils Öman fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honung's protests and gave Nils Öman a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of BlueLionesse booed when Honung was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils Öman didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Murgoci in the 91st minute of play forced Honung's goalkeeper Joar Ahlroth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joar Ahlroth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Odobescu in the 93rd minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Honung players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for BlueLionesse.
