In the 8thth minute of the game Jens-Ola Markusson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Masked Stars FBJ's Feliberto Urki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Wolverhampton's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Florian came free, but Fabian Mogren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norberto Odon got free with Fabian Mogren in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the match, Masked Stars FBJ's goal looked a bit too open when Evert Pihlgren came free, but Feliberto Urki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Evert Pihlgren put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Feliberto Urki. After 21 minutes of play, Wolverhampton's Jens-Ola Markusson made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Feliberto Urki was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabian Mogren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Leguizamón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the game, Isidro Michael was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Masked Stars FBJ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wolverhampton the free kick. Isidro Michael hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin Florian got free with Fabian Mogren in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Godfredo Leguizamón charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godfredo Leguizamón the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Feliberto Urki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Pihlgren in the 42nd minute of play. After 44 minutes of play Masked Stars FBJ's Isidro Michael was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Masked Stars FBJ getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Isidro Michael hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Godfredo Leguizamón made the kick off in the second half. Feliberto Urki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven Häger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 57 minutes on the clock, Ambrosio Corderall commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. John Damm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norberto Odon made in the 67th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cleto Hanot however managed to control. A collision led to Masked Stars FBJ getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Jeronimo Jax hit a great ball. Wolverhampton's John Damm got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. John Damm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Feliberto Urki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Wolverhampton's Evert Pihlgren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Feliberto Urki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, John Damm took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Feliberto Urki to make any attempt to save it. In the 93rd minute of the match, Evert Pihlgren got a very nice opportunity to score, but Feliberto Urki was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Masked Stars FBJ's Feliberto Urki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Damm in the 97th minute of play. When the match was over Wolverhampton could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Masked Stars FBJ throughout the match.
