In the 3rd minute Desiderio Bertin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wellington de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jeremias Novaes fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guadalupe FC's protests and gave Jeremias Novaes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th match minute, Guadalupe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Novaes to maneuver through the defense. Zaeta Roja's Matias Damario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Zaeta Roja from getting a goal against them. Matias Damario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diamantino Soeiro in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Timoteo Senon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wellington de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guadalupe FC's Paulo Pitta got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guadalupe FC's Wellington de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Edur in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st match minute, Zaeta Roja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Lehior to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Pitta's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Matias Damario firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Senon in the 37th minute of play forced Guadalupe FC's goalkeeper Wellington de Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Zaeta Roja's Matias Damario got control of the ball when Jeremias Novaes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Percival Mesquita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Matias Damario. The goal made the score 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cristobal Oalo made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Guadalupe FC's Emerson Ribeiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matias Damario made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 59 minutes into the match, Jeremias Novaes notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Zaeta Roja's Matias Damario. Matias Damario was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wellington de Carvalho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Timoteo Senon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-2 in the 63 minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Zaeta Roja's goal looked a bit too open when Emerson Ribeiro came free, but Matias Damario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Guadalupe FC's goalkeeper Wellington de Carvalho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristobal Oalo. Paulo Pitta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 78 played minutes Guadalupe FC got a freekick which was hit by Percival Mesquita. In the 79th minute, Horácio de Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Desiderio Bertin in the 80th minute really tested Wellington de Carvalho's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Dadá Reis hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the match, Cristobal Oalo notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Guadalupe FC's Wellington de Carvalho. Wellington de Carvalho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Matias Damario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emerson Ribeiro in the 89th minute of play. Percival Mesquita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zaeta Roja's Matias Damario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emerson Ribeiro in the 95th minute of play. Guadalupe FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
