Claes Runberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raymond Demeyer in the 8th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, IFK Fjärås's goal looked a bit too open when Raymond Demeyer came free, but Claes Runberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claes Runberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gameiro Maheo's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Roncourt's Gaspard Decoux nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claes Runberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 19 minutes into the game, Gaspard Decoux was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Roncourt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IFK Fjärås the free kick. After a rather tough play, Roncourt's Gaspard Decoux got a free kick in the 20th minute. Roncourt's Jules Le Gourrierec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Roncourt from getting a goal against them. Hippolyte Taillade charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hippolyte Taillade the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hippolyte Taillade kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Claes Runberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raymond Demeyer, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The supporters of Roncourt booed when IFK Fjärås was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Edvin Vester didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute Raymond Demeyer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claes Runberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raymond Demeyer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olov Eliasson was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the IFK Fjärås defense, Gameiro Maheo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claes Runberg. The IFK Fjärås fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claes Runberg should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd match minute, Roncourt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludovic Moricet to maneuver through the defense. Roncourt made a substitution. Olof Blixt charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 81st minute, one of IFK Fjärås:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for IFK Fjärås. Gameiro Maheo walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. During the 86th minute of the match Gaspard Decoux completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gaspard Decoux a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Raymond Demeyer might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claes Runberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raymond Demeyer ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 89th minute of the match, Raymond Demeyer tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Claes Runberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Rodolphe Marius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The IFK Fjärås supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Roncourt's performance. The match ended with a win for Roncourt.
