The audience thought a goal was coming when Baldomero Bartuelo got free with Gabriel Eleder in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Berazategui's Evaristo Urtzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Amaya in the 20th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, LOS CAVERNÍCOLAS S.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Tino came free, but Gabriel Eleder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Berazategui's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Bartuelo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabriel Eleder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomero Bartuelo in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabriel Eleder saved LOS CAVERNÍCOLAS S.F. from getting behind. Niceto Amaya showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Evaristo Urtzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Amaya in the 83rd minute of the match. Gabriel Eleder stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baldomero Bartuelo's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Despite being the better team, LOS CAVERNÍCOLAS S.F. failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
