Barrenta SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Soloman Solo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s Tiro Loco to fire away a dangerous shot which Edgar Trigo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomás Braga in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dime La Rocca saved ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽ from getting behind. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Barrenta SC's goalkeeper Edgar Trigo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner led ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s Soloman Solo to fire away a dangerous shot which Edgar Trigo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s Dime La Rocca got control of the ball when Paulo José Azevedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dime La Rocca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomás Braga in the 37th minute of play. ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s Loco Ron suffered a concussion after 39 minutes and had to leave the field. When Danilo Nóbrega fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barrenta SC's protests and gave Danilo Nóbrega a yellow card for diving instead. ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s Teodor Zuburu was substituted for Loco Ron. Danilo Nóbrega hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute, Leonardo Raheiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dime La Rocca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fábio Lima in the 46th minute of the match. Tiro Loco's late challenge caught a Barrenta SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiro Loco helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Barrenta SC booed when ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiro Loco didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonardo Raheiro to strike the kick off in the second half. Dime La Rocca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sydney Carioca in the 53rd minute of the match. After taking down the ball on ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s corner Soloman Solo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Edgar Trigo quite easily take care of the ball. ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽ were furious when Tiro Loco was red carded, 60 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Barrenta SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sydney Carioca in the 62nd minute. In the 67th minute of the match, Marcelo Mora tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Edgar Trigo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marcos Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Barrenta SC made a substitution. Hugo Gerber replaced Luiz Fábio Lima. Dime La Rocca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Barrenta SC had played much better football throughout.
