A nice corner shot did that Mugurel Dacian got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vicente Toscano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Régis Coutinho charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Régis Coutinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, Régis Coutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, BULDOZERUL SANTA FE's Maxim Antim got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The audience was convinced that Régis Coutinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mihai Rusu was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radu Rusu in the 95th minute of play forced FC St. Pauli's goalkeeper Vicente Toscano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC St. Pauli's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
