The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Lucas Ribéry's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paras Parada was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Gigio Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lesardo Pedriza, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Lauro Crespo took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gigio Buffon. Gigio Buffon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Brion Solo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of HollywooDogs's Gigio Buffon. Gigio Buffon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd match minute, HollywooDogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sidnei Xavier to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Poli Albizua sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gigio Buffon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brion Solo in the 25th minute of play forced HollywooDogs's goalkeeper Gigio Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Paras Parada successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Brion Solo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Poli Albizua in the 34th minute. After taking down the ball on C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's corner Brion Solo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gigio Buffon quite easily take care of the ball. The throw-in from Gil Bastos in the 37th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Keno Cantona. After having played for 40 minutes, Brion Solo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brion Solo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the HollywooDogs defense, Lesardo Pedriza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gigio Buffon. The HollywooDogs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gigio Buffon should have stopped the shot. Lesardo Pedriza hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Régis Batista was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Lesardo Pedriza hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Brion Solo got a free kick in the 54th minute. Paras Parada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Régis Batista in the 56th minute of the match. Celsinho Couto charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celsinho Couto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 59 minutes into the game, Brion Solo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Gigio Buffon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 62nd match minute, HollywooDogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manoel Porto to maneuver through the defense. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 made a substitution. Galsino Camino replaced Boni Paredes. 69 minutes into the match, HollywooDogs's goalkeeper Gigio Buffon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lesardo Pedriza. When Samuca Donatello fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HollywooDogs's protests and gave Samuca Donatello a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, HollywooDogs's Samuca Donatello got a free kick in the 71st minute. After a defensive mix-up in HollywooDogs's zone, Brion Solo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gigio Buffon came out of the goal and Brion Solo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute, Brion Solo made a precise shot to the right of Gigio Buffon. HollywooDogs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. 82 minutes into the match, C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Brion Solo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gigio Buffon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after HollywooDogs's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Galsino Camino took the corner. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 played a much better game than HollywooDogs and deserved their victory. The HollywooDogs players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
