In the 6th match minute, AFC Eskilstuna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Wiberg to maneuver through the defense. When Abel Van Clijnebreugel came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Fauna Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abel Van Clijnebreugel couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lex Van Eycke in the 8th minute of play forced AFC Eskilstuna's goalkeeper Claes Nordmark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claes Nordmark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lex Van Eycke, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Claes Nordmark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnout Roockeloes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the game, Fauna Utd's Ive Beckers nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claes Nordmark made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Torgny Trulsson kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 22 played minutes AFC Eskilstuna got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Wiberg. Abel Van Clijnebreugel charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abel Van Clijnebreugel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abel Van Clijnebreugel kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. If Arnout Roockeloes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnout Roockeloes in the 26th minute of play forced AFC Eskilstuna's goalkeeper Claes Nordmark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 30 minutes, Ive Beckers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fauna Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ive Beckers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Ive Beckers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claes Nordmark. AFC Eskilstuna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ive Beckers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Claes Nordmark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Van Clijnebreugel in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Lex Van Eycke made a precise shot to the right of Claes Nordmark. AFC Eskilstuna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. A collision led to AFC Eskilstuna getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Torgny Trulsson hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Abel Van Clijnebreugel put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Claes Nordmark. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abel Van Clijnebreugel to make the kick off. With a little luck, AFC Eskilstuna's Claes Nordmark got control of the ball when Arnout Roockeloes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Claes Nordmark made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Arnout Roockeloes sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of AFC Eskilstuna booed when Fauna Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Van Clijnebreugel didn't get a good kick on the ball. AFC Eskilstuna's Claes Nordmark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ive Beckers in the 58th minute of play. Claes Nordmark came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Fauna Utd's Arnout Roockeloes. But to his dismay, Arnout Roockeloes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. With a little luck, AFC Eskilstuna's Claes Nordmark got control of the ball when Arnout Roockeloes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnout Roockeloes struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Claes Nordmark didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fauna Utd. Arnout Roockeloes took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claes Nordmark. Claes Nordmark dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. In the 71st minute, Fauna Utd's Jerry Van De Look ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Claes Nordmark. Claes Nordmark yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. Claes Nordmark was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ive Beckers showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 74 minute of play. Lex Van Eycke scored 0-12 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claes Nordmark, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Claes Nordmark was a little too slow when Ive Beckers got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 0-13. AFC Eskilstuna's Claes Nordmark proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save AFC Eskilstuna from getting a goal against them. Abel Van Clijnebreugel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Claes Nordmark skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Claes Nordmark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ive Beckers in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Fauna Utd left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AFC Eskilstuna.
