Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adolfo Arzola in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Markus Fågel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Markus Fågel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szymon Skonieczny in the 18th minute of play. After having played for 20 minutes, Gösta Bergman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polly Magoo Juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gösta Bergman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 23rd minute, Etienne Joubert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Markus Fågel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Szymon Skonieczny in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baristo Balbin in the 32nd minute of play forced Polly Magoo Juniors's goalkeeper Markus Fågel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damián Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gösta Bergman in the 34th minute of the match. Damián Fernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mauro Otsoa went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Mauro Otsoa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Damián Fernandez was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. In the 46th minute, Jose Orlando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 48 minutes into the match, Real Olivos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Bergman came free, but Damián Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Polly Magoo Juniors were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Mauro Otsoa made the kick off in the second half. Damián Fernandez made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Mauro Otsoa sent off a good shot on target. Roy Johnsson kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Adolfo Arzola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Markus Fågel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mauro Otsoa struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Damián Fernandez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Polly Magoo Juniors. With his leg Damián Fernandez managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Polly Magoo Juniors's Mauro Otsoa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Torbjörn Dahlkvist during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Polly Magoo Juniors getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Torbjörn Dahlkvist hit a great ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Polly Magoo Juniors walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
