Doğanyurt FK's Mehmet Hakkı Umut was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gualterio Daunte in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Damian Costante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basilio Ibar scored 2-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ercüment İspinoz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cesar Rosio in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ercüment İspinoz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cesar Rosio succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 24th playminute. After 34 played minutes Doğanyurt FK got a freekick which was hit by Rüstem Yürük. After 36 minutes of play, River de Ramos Mejía's Cesar Rosio made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ercüment İspinoz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice moves Damian Costante could shoot a difficult shot in the 40th minute, which Ercüment İspinoz however easily saved by the left post. In the 44th minute Zekai Doğanay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Daunte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th match minute, River de Ramos Mejía was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Ellande to maneuver through the defense. 48 minutes into the match, Doğanyurt FK's Mehmet Hakkı Umut broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Rüstem Yürük made the kick off in the second half. Gualterio Daunte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rüstem Yürük, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Gualterio Daunte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zekai Doğanay went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. River de Ramos Mejía's Gualterio Daunte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zekai Doğanay in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rüstem Yürük in the 71st minute of play forced River de Ramos Mejía's goalkeeper Gualterio Daunte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Cesar Rosio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The River de Ramos Mejía fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Zekai Doğanay hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. River de Ramos Mejía's Lucio Guib was substituted for Basilio Ibar. Güralp Necdet hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Doğanyurt FK defense, Cesar Rosio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ercüment İspinoz. The Doğanyurt FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ercüment İspinoz should have stopped the shot. The supporters of River de Ramos Mejía booed when Doğanyurt FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. İlkan Rauf didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the game, Cesar Rosio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Ercüment İspinoz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. River de Ramos Mejía had won after a very even match.
