In the 9th minute Iordache Voinescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agapito Payet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, FC Pepe Burrón's Denis Garnelo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Péter Pál-Szabó narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Péter Pál-Szabó prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 36 minutes into the match, FC Pepe Burrón's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Paredes came free, but Agapito Payet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Filip Calomfir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Agapito Payet was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The supporters of FC Pepe Burrón booed when Gyepüpataka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iordache Voinescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frasco Rolan hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Denis Garnelo made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Árpád Illés made a precise shot to the right of Agapito Payet. FC Pepe Burrón's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. In the 56th minute, Iosif Moromete hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denis Garnelo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Péter Pál-Szabó when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Denis Garnelos short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Péter Pál-Szabó to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 62nd match minute, Gyepüpataka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Paredes to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute Xaime Rubalcava shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Péter Pál-Szabó saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Péter Pál-Szabó stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denis Garnelo's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Péter Pál-Szabó took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xaime Rubalcava, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Gyepüpataka fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Péter Pál-Szabó should have stopped the shot. Gyepüpataka's Matei Berevoescu was substituted for Imre Ignátko. In the 73rdth minute of the game Denis Garnelo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gyepüpataka's Péter Pál-Szabó was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 75 in the game by Denis Garnelo from a close distance when the talented Péter Pál-Szabó managed to make a qualified save. Gyepüpataka's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iordache Voinescu in the 78th minute of play forced FC Pepe Burrón's goalkeeper Agapito Payet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Iordache Voinescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Victor Rusu fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gyepüpataka's protests and gave Victor Rusu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute, Victor Rusu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Denis Garnelo got free with Péter Pál-Szabó in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oxel Criales hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Paredes in the 91st minute of play forced FC Pepe Burrón's goalkeeper Agapito Payet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Gyepüpataka getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Filip Calomfir hit a great ball. In the 95th minute Iordache Voinescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agapito Payet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute Gyepüpataka were awarded a corner. János Pál went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Victor Rusu heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely.
