With a little luck, Three Lions FC's Dênis de Castro got control of the ball when Olaf Majkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Olaf Majkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Three Lions FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. George Kroos hit a great ball. Wladyslaw Rzentkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeferson Pombal, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute George Foden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wladyslaw Rzentkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Hugon Raszkiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Three Lions FC's George Foden in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ema City's goalie prevented a goal. Jeferson Pombal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Ema City getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Marcin Kapera hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers George Foden in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wladyslaw Rzentkowski saved Ema City from getting behind. Olaf Majkowski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Dênis de Castro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 38th match minute, Three Lions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antônio Carlos Zanette to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Three Lions FC booed when Ema City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Cetnar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Three Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wawrzyniec Czciborek came free, but Dênis de Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Olaf Majkowski made the kick off in the second half. When Ema City's Wawrzyniec Czciborek in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Three Lions FC's goalie prevented a goal. 57 minutes into the game, Olaf Majkowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Dênis de Castro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Olaf Majkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Ema City defense, George De Bruyne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wladyslaw Rzentkowski. The Ema City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wladyslaw Rzentkowski should have stopped the shot. Dênis de Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olaf Majkowski in the 70th minute of the match. Abelardo Vieira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wladyslaw Rzentkowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Ema City's Wladyslaw Rzentkowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Ema City from getting a goal against them. Dênis de Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olaf Majkowski in the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Ema City's Fryderyk Golaszewski seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fryderyk Golaszewski the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ema City protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fryderyk Golaszewski had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 77 played minutes Ema City got a freekick which was hit by Fryderyk Golaszewski. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antônio Carlos Zanette got free with Wladyslaw Rzentkowski in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Ema City's Marcin Kapera got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Wladyslaw Rzentkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by George Foden in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute, George Foden left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Three Lions FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 88 minutes into the match, Three Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Cetnar came free, but Dênis de Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
