Émilien Goude recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 15 minutes of play, Breizh Punishers's Djibril Coulibaly made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adam Vermeiren was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felix Jany in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adam Vermeiren saved Dutch Rebels from getting behind. A collision led to Breizh Punishers getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Yann Telle hit a great ball. Adam Vermeiren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Émilien Goude in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Yens Iansens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lorenzo Bourgeat. Breizh Punishers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yens Iansens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After some careless play in the Dutch Rebels defense, Djibril Coulibaly kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adam Vermeiren. The Dutch Rebels fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adam Vermeiren should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hubert Bertron to make the kick off. The supporters of Dutch Rebels booed when Breizh Punishers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hubert Bertron didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constant De Weyngaert during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Djibril Coulibaly took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adam Vermeiren. Adam Vermeiren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Adam Vermeiren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Jany, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorenzo Bourgeat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geoffry Borginions, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Adam Vermeiren came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Breizh Punishers's Hubert Bertron. But to his dismay, Hubert Bertron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. In the 75th minute Djibril Coulibaly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Vermeiren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adam Vermeiren didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Breizh Punishers's Hubert Bertron shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 6-1 in the ordered_time% minute. 85 minutes into the match, Breizh Punishers's goal looked a bit too open when Yens Iansens came free, but Lorenzo Bourgeat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adam Vermeiren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubert Bertron in the 86th minute of play. Djibril Coulibaly hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After 90 minutes, Émilien Goude mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Breizh Punishers and the Dutch Rebels players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Djibril Coulibaly in the 95th minute of play forced Dutch Rebels's goalkeeper Adam Vermeiren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Breizh Punishers's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
