Nereo Precioso struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Estevan Valdovinos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Lugano. 13 minutes into the match, Dragones Celestes's goal looked a bit too open when Benoit Ritieni came free, but Estevan Valdovinos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC Lugano booed when Dragones Celestes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Angelo Cuevas was the one to do the kick off. Dragones Celestes's Estevan Valdovinos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nereo Precioso in the 53rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Nepomuk Schyder's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Estevan Valdovinos was relentless in the 55th minute of the game.
