Sylwester Chazon came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Florida United's Silvio Ishmael. But to his dismay, Silvio Ishmael quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Marco Ospin hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Piotr Jucha kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rodrigo Sandaili. That made the score 1-1 in the 7 minute of play. Szczepan Plachetka's late challenge caught a Florida United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Szczepan Plachetka helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pretoria Gostyń's Szczepan Plachetka got a free kick in the 10th minute. Sylwester Chazon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciriaco Dimas in the 10th minute of the match. After 11 minutes, Lino Txartiko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Florida United and the Pretoria Gostyń players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 11 played minutes Florida United got a freekick which was hit by Lino Txartiko. Julian Biskupiak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Sandaili having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Florida United's Lino Txartiko got a free kick in the 16th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Piotr Jucha could shoot a difficult shot in the 18th minute, which Rodrigo Sandaili however easily saved by the left post. Sylwester Chazon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvio Ishmael in the 20th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Pretoria Gostyń's goal looked a bit too open when Ciriaco Dimas came free, but Sylwester Chazon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 played minutes Florida United got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Casomiro. In the 29th minute, Pretoria Gostyń's Piotr Jucha ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rodrigo Sandaili. Rodrigo Sandaili yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. In the 33rd minute of the match, Julian Biskupiak tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rodrigo Sandaili saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Silvio Ishmael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sylwester Chazon having to interfere. Rodrigo Sandaili made an important save on a dangerous shot by Piotr Jucha in the 36th minute. Sylwester Chazon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Casomiro in the 38th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Florida United's Ariel Llin seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ariel Llin the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Florida United protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ariel Llin had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 40th minute, one of Florida United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Florida United. Rodrigo Sandaili had in the 42ndth minute some difficulties stopping Norbert Zdanowicz's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Marcelo Casomiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pretoria Gostyń's Alfred Drapinski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Marco Ospin in the 46 minute of the game. 47 minutes into the match, Florida United's goalkeeper Rodrigo Sandaili had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Piotr Jucha. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
Florida United's Rodrigo Sandaili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piotr Jucha in the 52nd minute of play. Sylwester Chazon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guido Primo in the 71st minute. Rodrigo Sandaili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piotr Jucha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Biskupiak in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodrigo Sandaili prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pretoria Gostyń's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Norbert Zdanowicz in the 79th minute. After taking down the ball on Pretoria Gostyń's corner Norbert Zdanowicz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rodrigo Sandaili quite easily take care of the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Delmar Hartz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Florida United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pretoria Gostyń the free kick. In the 83rd match minute, Florida United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Hartz to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, Florida United's goal looked a bit too open when Szczepan Plachetka came free, but Rodrigo Sandaili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute Piotr Jucha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Sandaili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ludomir Posadzki hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Pretoria Gostyń walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
