Spiro Buchinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johnnie Gould, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Spiro Buchinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johnnie Gould in the 9th minute of the match. In the 11th minute Ginyo Malyov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frankie Gunn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Titus Pierson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Spiro Buchinski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A throw-in in the 21st minute of the game was made by Albert Kolimechkov with Peycho Deliev as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Spiro Buchinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Titus Pierson in the 22nd minute of play. Douglas Pace scored 0-2 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Spiro Buchinski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Frankie Gunn made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Peycho Deliev sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute, Johnnie Gould made a precise shot to the right of Spiro Buchinski. FC Kyustendil's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. When Brooklyn SC's Titus Pierson in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Kyustendil's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Douglas Pace managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brooklyn SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Douglas Pace was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Spiro Buchinski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th minute, Titus Pierson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brooklyn SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After the first half Brooklyn SC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peycho Deliev made a kick off. Frankie Gunn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peycho Deliev in the 55th minute of the match. A collision led to Brooklyn SC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ace Owens hit a great ball. In the 58th match minute, Brooklyn SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Douglas Pace to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johnnie Gould in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Spiro Buchinski saved FC Kyustendil from getting behind. Stanoy Chepishev hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Johnnie Gould kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, FC Kyustendil's goal looked a bit too open when Titus Pierson came free, but Spiro Buchinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th match minute, Brooklyn SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Douglas Pace to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to FC Kyustendil getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Ginyo Malyov hit a great ball. Spiro Buchinski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Titus Pierson in the 84th minute. Douglas Pace struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Spiro Buchinski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brooklyn SC.
