Túlio Alves ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Túlio Alves got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nestor Iratxo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 14thth minute of the game Samuca Tepedino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Izaltina FAD's Durval Messias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, Izaltina FAD's Nestor Iratxo threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Túlio Alves, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Otávio Pinheiro charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Otávio Pinheiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, Otávio Pinheiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Solomon Samuels came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Psiu! fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Solomon Samuels couldn't finish the play. Túlio Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Samuca Tepedino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Durval Messias having to make a save. Chico Santana hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Dorian Arósio hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute of the match Solomon Samuels sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Durval Messias skillfully saved the ball. José Vítor Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Iratxo having to interfere. Túlio Alves was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 39th minute. Izaltina FAD's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Otávio Pinheiro hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Betão Amaral took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Durval Messias. Durval Messias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After the first half Psiu! were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Betão Amaral to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Izaltina FAD's José Vítor Duarte got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 69th minute of the match Psiu! got a corner. Nestor Iratxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorian Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Túlio Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Iratxo having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Fritz Wiberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Betão Amaral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Durval Messias made a huge save. The Psiu! players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
