In the 20th minute Gabriel Cibulka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Olof Berglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Vieira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philip Aelgoet, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 24 minutes into the match, Michal Hvorecký notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Lutanu's Per-Olof Berglund. Per-Olof Berglund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Felix Panduru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgar Vieira was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martin Fedor in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Per-Olof Berglund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, FC Melon's Edgar Vieira got control of the ball when Yetkiner Yasun tried to sneak it across the goal line. Per-Olof Berglund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Hvorecký, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Michal Hvorecký notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of FC Lutanu's Per-Olof Berglund. Per-Olof Berglund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half FC Melon were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yetkiner Yasun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edgar Vieira came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Lutanu's Andrei Joita. But to his dismay, Andrei Joita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Edgar Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yetkiner Yasun in the 57th minute of play. Edgar Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Panduru in the 58th minute of play. Per-Olof Berglund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Cibulka in the 61st minute. Felix Panduru charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Panduru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Lutanu getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Per-Olof Berglund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Cibulka in the 66th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabriel Cibulka got free with Per-Olof Berglund in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edgar Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Panduru in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Peter Pisarčík shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Olof Berglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Lutanu's Per-Olof Berglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michal Hvorecký in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Felix Panduru made a precise shot to the right of Edgar Vieira. FC Melon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. In the 82nd minute, Tomáš Barčík got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 85 minutes into the game, when Dušan Báďonský put in a rough tackle. FC Melon:s Edgar Vieira showed great skill when he stopped Andrei Joita:s penalty. The audience was convinced that Peter Holub's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Per-Olof Berglund was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. With a little luck, FC Lutanu's Per-Olof Berglund got control of the ball when Gabriel Cibulka tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a left leg Edgar Vieira saved FC Melon from getting behind. Per-Olof Berglund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Šrobár, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. After some careless play in the FC Melon defense, Yetkiner Yasun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgar Vieira. The FC Melon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgar Vieira should have stopped the shot.
