After a defensive mix-up in Aguinhas's zone, Iacob Bordeanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustão Gaspar came out of the goal and Iacob Bordeanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Eric Marica fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored YR☆ Rossoneri™'s protests and gave Eric Marica a yellow card for diving instead. Eric Marica kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Vitório Lago ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iordache Minea was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. With a little luck, Aguinhas's Faustão Gaspar got control of the ball when Iacob Bordeanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Cléberson Leme notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of YR☆ Rossoneri™'s Iordache Minea. Iordache Minea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Iordache Minea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olívio Donatello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th match minute, YR☆ Rossoneri™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Marica to maneuver through the defense. Cléberson Leme took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Iordache Minea. YR☆ Rossoneri™'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alfredo Dante's late challenge caught a YR☆ Rossoneri™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredo Dante helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th minute, Alfredo Dante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cléberson Leme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iordache Minea having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Osvaldinho Prata stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aguinhas's Cléberson Leme got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aguinhas's Alfredo Dante was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Iordache Minea in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 55 played minutes YR☆ Rossoneri™ got a freekick which was hit by Iacob Bordeanu. Iordache Minea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Osvaldinho Prata in the 58th minute. Osvaldinho Prata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iordache Minea having to interfere. Faustão Gaspar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdinand Murgescu in the 65th minute of the match. Niculae Geambașu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the game, Vitório Lago recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Iordache Minea. Vitório Lago showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. After 82 minutes, Osvaldinho Prata mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aguinhas and the YR☆ Rossoneri™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd match minute, Aguinhas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldinho Prata to maneuver through the defense. If Iacob Bordeanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faustão Gaspar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niculae Geambașu in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Alfredo Dante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Aguinhas walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
