In the 4th minute, Vitório Lago left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aguinhas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Cléberson Leme took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Håkan Dalberg to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Väderstad FK's Håkan Dalberg got control of the ball when Vitório Lago tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute Jan-Åke Salqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustão Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Håkan Dalberg didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 16th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. Håkan Dalberg made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Olívio Donatello sent off a good shot on target. Väderstad FK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Vitório Lago 21 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. If Peter Öfverman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 26th minute, Aguinhas's Vitório Lago dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. After 31 minutes, Jesper Unesson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Väderstad FK and the Aguinhas players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Peter Öfverman fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Väderstad FK's protests and gave Peter Öfverman a yellow card for diving instead. Peter Öfverman kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Håkan Dalberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitório Lago, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Väderstad FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Vitório Lago scored to the left of an out of position Håkan Dalberg, making the score, 6-0. Väderstad FK's Håkan Dalberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Väderstad FK from getting a goal against them. Håkan Dalberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitório Lago in the 40th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the game, Aguinhas's Olívio Donatello nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Håkan Dalberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Håkan Dalberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cléberson Leme, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Osvaldinho Prata to make the kick off. Osvaldinho Prata struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Håkan Dalberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aguinhas. Gunnar Emander charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gunnar Emander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Aguinhas booed when Väderstad FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunnar Emander didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 53rd minute of the match Sandrinho da Silveira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Håkan Dalberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 58 minutes, Cléberson Leme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aguinhas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cléberson Leme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Håkan Dalberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Dante in the 60th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the game, Aguinhas's Vitório Lago nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Håkan Dalberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Håkan Dalberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cléberson Leme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 67 minutes Aguinhas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mattias Wallander who took care of the corner kick. Väderstad FK's Mattias Wallander was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Faustão Gaspar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Håkan Dalberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rubens da Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Håkan Dalberg came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Aguinhas's Cléberson Leme. But to his dismay, Cléberson Leme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. 80 minutes into the match, Väderstad FK's goal looked a bit too open when Sandrinho da Silveira came free, but Håkan Dalberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Peter Öfverman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Väderstad FK defense, Cléberson Leme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Håkan Dalberg. The Väderstad FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Håkan Dalberg should have stopped the shot. 90 minutes into the match, Väderstad FK's goal looked a bit too open when Vitório Lago came free, but Håkan Dalberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osvaldinho Prata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Väderstad FK's Peter Öfverman got a free kick in the 95th minute.
