Martxel Bernia struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Ovidio Ritchie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sporting Buceo. Martin Ødegaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Ovidio Ritchie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ovidio Ritchie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Ødegaard in the 16th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Martin Ødegaard put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ovidio Ritchie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Ødegaard in the 21st minute of play forced PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper Ovidio Ritchie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 minutes of play, Sporting Buceo's Clementi Llamosas made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ovidio Ritchie was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ovidio Ritchie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clementi Llamosas, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Vachon Camaño was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 28 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, one of Sporting Buceo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sporting Buceo. Sporting Buceo:s Guillen Ubiña showed great skill when he stopped Leroy Kluttig:s penalty. After some careless play in the Sporting Buceo defense, Leroy Kluttig kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guillen Ubiña. The Sporting Buceo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guillen Ubiña should have stopped the shot. Clementi Llamosas took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ovidio Ritchie. Ovidio Ritchie dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Clementi Llamosas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Ritchie having to interfere. Fabian Magath could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Guillen Ubiña made a huge save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martxel Bernia made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, PoWer SC 2K5's goal looked a bit too open when Clementi Llamosas came free, but Ovidio Ritchie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martxel Bernia got free with Ovidio Ritchie in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Sporting Buceo's Clementi Llamosas in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Guillen Ubiña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Magath, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After 68 minutes, Xarles Gadañon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Buceo and the PoWer SC 2K5 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of PoWer SC 2K5 booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xarles Gadañon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Sporting Buceo's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Magath came free, but Guillen Ubiña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Clementi Llamosas fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ovidio Ritchie, passed just outside the right post. In the last second Ovidio Ritchie throw himself and got hold of the ball when Clementi Llamosas in the 79thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martxel Bernia got free with Ovidio Ritchie in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 84 played minutes, PoWer SC 2K5's Benny Schweinsteiger shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Guillen Ubiña came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PoWer SC 2K5 reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Clementi Llamosas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Buceo's supporters rose to their feet, but Clementi Llamosas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidio Ritchie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd match minute, Sporting Buceo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xarles Gadañon to maneuver through the defense. Benny Schweinsteiger, 93 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 94 played minutes PoWer SC 2K5 got a freekick which was hit by Max Babbel. The PoWer SC 2K5 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sporting Buceo's performance. The match ended with a win for Sporting Buceo.
