In the 39thth minute of the game Cordero Casuso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but real club roba's Charles-Louis De Block was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kieth Rijmenans hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, real club roba's goal looked a bit too open when Cordero Casuso came free, but Charles-Louis De Block reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matty Steckens to make the kick off. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charles-Louis De Block showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Monitor Huáscar booed when real club roba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matty Van Bombergen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cordero Casuso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charles-Louis De Block showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oxel Viñales, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Monitor Huáscar fans cheered their team off the field, for while real club roba had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
